The Impact 100 model is simple.

Impact 100 Seattle is a women‘s collective giving organization that supports transformational change through unrestricted grants for community-based organizations serving the Puget Sound Region.

Each year, we aim to partner with a local nonprofit organization and support it with a $100,000 grant, paid over the course of 1-3 years. In addition to providing funding, we aim to support our partners beyond the check by employing the skills, connections, and resources of our diverse membership.

In our work, we are guided by the principles of trust-based philanthropy through which, we hope to support the local nonprofit community while addressing some of the unhealthy power dynamics in traditional philanthropy.

The Grant Review Team reviews applications and selects finalists.
