Program Description
Impact Greater Seattle (formerly Impact 100 Seattle) ("we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging (SMS) program to members and supporters who opt in. Messages may include event reminders and RSVP confirmations, and reminders to vote on grant finalists. Message content is limited to communications related to these organizational purposes.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by program activity. You can expect approximately 6 messages per year.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership or any purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time as described below.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel text messages at any time. Text STOP to any message from us to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages from us unless you opt in again. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers; supported carriers may change without notice.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided to participate in this program.

Privacy
Information collected in connection with the text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://impact100seattle.org/privacy_policy.php. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available from Impact Greater Seattle (formerly Impact 100 Seattle). Continued participation in the text messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
